Tech Specs
| Triple 4K Displays | Extend your desktop to 3x screens using any combination of HDMI and/or DisplayPort for Windows, Mac, or ChromeOS systems with Thunderbolt, USB4, or USB-C Alt Mode. This laptop docking station triple monitor solution ensures seamless multi-screen productivity. |
| 100W Power Delivery | The laptop USB-C docking station offers USB Power Delivery up to 100W (96W certified) — no more climbing under the desk to get plugged in. Not all laptop docking stations handle power the same. With the UD-ULTC4K, if your laptop needs less power, the docking station adjusts and only sends the optimal wattage. And with 4x available USB ports, and one USB-C port, your devices will always have a place to connect. |
| 13 Ports to Power Productivity | The UD-UTLC4K has all the ports you need: 3x HDMI or 3x DisplayPort, 1x USB-C 10Gbps (to host), 1x USB-C (10Gbps), 4x USB (5Gbps), SD Card Slot, Audio In/Out, and Gigabit Ethernet |
| Compatibility | The UD-ULTC4K is compatible with Windows 10+, macOS 11+ (M1/M2/M3/M4 and Intel, DisplayLink driver required), and ChromeOS (100.x or later) systems. Connect via Thunderbolt, USB4 or USB-C via included cable (10Gbps, 3.3ft/1m). HDCP is not supported. |
A: Yes, DisplayLink software is required for the UD-ULTC4K for full functionality. Manual installation is required for macOS, Windows installation is typically automatic. We recommend installing the latest DisplayLink software for the best performance.
A: macOS requires "Screen Recording" for the DisplayLink driver to work properly. Approving it enables the driver to send data over USB from your computer to the DisplayLink-powered display. No data, images, or pixels are being stored or recorded.
A: Yes. Enabled by DisplayLink technology, UD-ULTC4K can connect three displays even if the computer supports only one display output on its own. DisplayLink Manager installation required on Mac.
A: The USB-C port on the rear of the dock is dedicated for connecting your laptop. The front port is a hub port only, so it doesn’t work to connect a computer to the dock.
A: Please confirm your laptop’s USB-C port supports video output (Alt mode), and that you have the DisplayLink driver/software installed.
