1. What does your role at Plugable allow you to impact, whether it’s customers, your team, or the business as a whole?

My role allows me to directly influence how our products are positioned, understood, and adopted in the channel. By combining data-driven analysis with strategic messaging, I help ensure we’re not just launching products in the channel, but solving real problems for customers and reps. Internally, I aim to bring clarity and structure to decision-making by identifying patterns, testing new ideas, and aligning with the omni channel as a whole and product owner teams around insights that drive growth. Ultimately, I see my impact as connecting strategy to execution in a way that strengthens both customer trust and business performance.

2. Can you share a moment at Plugable where you felt especially proud of the work you do or the progress you’ve made?

I felt especially proud when I’ve been able to translate complex data into a clear strategic direction particularly when testing and refining messaging to better resonate with our target audiences. Seeing analytical insights turn into actionable changes that improve alignment or performance is incredibly rewarding. Those moments validate that thoughtful experimentation and continuous learning truly move the business forward.

3. How has working at Plugable supported your growth—professionally or personally?

Plugable has supported my growth by giving me space to think strategically while continuing to learn and experiment. Professionally, I’ve been able to deepen my analytical skills, expand my strategic influence, and explore new approaches to messaging and market positioning. Personally, working in an environment that values autonomy and trust has helped me balance being a busy mom of three active kids. The flexibility and outcome-focused culture allow me to show up fully both at work and at home.

4. What does being heard and supported at work look like to you, and how have you experienced that at Plugable?

Being heard means that ideas are evaluated on merit, data is respected, and trying something new and potentially even failing is encouraged as long as you learn from it and try again. Support looks like having leadership trust your judgment, provide space to test new approaches, and engage in open dialogue. At Plugable, I’ve experienced this through collaborative discussions around strategy and messaging where analytical rigor and curiosity are valued. That environment allows me to contribute at a high level and continue growing.
